Parts and finding the right one
How many parts do you sell?
Over 39,000 HGV, truck and trailer parts are online, for every major make. We can source more on request.
Which makes do you cover?
DAF, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Iveco and Renault, plus trailers, buses, coaches, plant and light commercials over 3.5 tonnes.
Do you sell genuine parts?
Yes. We sell genuine OE parts from makers such as Bosch, Knorr, WABCO and HELLA, and quality aftermarket alternatives that keep running costs down.
How do I find the right part?
Search by part number, OE number, cross reference or description. You can also search by registration, or WhatsApp us a photo of the old part.
Can I search by registration?
Yes, and no account is needed. Use Search by registration on the home page, or WhatsApp your registration to 01827 426426.
Not sure a part fits?
Call or WhatsApp 01827 426426 with your registration and a photo of the old part. A parts advisor will check it for you.
Prices and ordering
Are prices shown with VAT?
Every price is shown both ways: ex VAT and inc VAT.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can buy as a guest and pay by card. A free account lets you save vehicles, save parts and track orders.
Delivery and collection
What is the cut-off for same-day dispatch?
Order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch.
Do you deliver for free?
Yes, within 30 miles of Tamworth. Click and collect from our Tamworth branch is free too.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days and costs £10 + VAT up to 30 kg. Next working day delivery to mainland UK costs £15 + VAT up to 30 kg. See Delivery and collection.
Trade accounts and My Fleet
How do I open a trade account?
Register free on our website, then apply for a trade account. Trade accounts are for businesses and are approved at our discretion.
What does a trade account give me?
Trade prices and a credit account, with payment 30 days from the end of the month of invoice. Each trade account can have up to two logins. See Trade account terms.
What is My Fleet?
Your vehicles saved in one place, with MOT and service reminders. It is free with a website account.
Returns and contact
Can I return a part?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in resaleable condition. Contact us first so we can arrange it. See Returns and refunds.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 4.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 11.30am. Closed Sunday. Out of hours, call or WhatsApp 01827 426426 (charges apply).
